Sleepy Time Beds is dedicated to bringing you the most creative and colorful bedroom possible for your children. My wife and I have been teachers for over 25 years and we know the importance of having a creative atmosphere for children. We also know that sleep and security are two very important factors in how well a child will do in the classrooms of our schools today.

The round cribs we offer are unique and beautiful. The designer, Jean Kasem, started designing beds in 1995. Now, 10 years later, her creations are carried in only the finest baby stores worldwide.
The Kasem designs have already appeared in nurseries at the White House, in those of the Sultan of Brunei's princesses, among Hollywood's elite, and with clients in a variety of fields in professional sports. Clients include the pop star Brandy, whose nursery was the centerpiece of documentaries on VH-1 and Lifetime, Courtney Cox and Shania Twain, as well as members of Linkin Park, the Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Lakers (plus many more).
Another one of our manufacturers makes their furniture out of the chestnut trees which are selected from a specific area in the country.The chestnut tree has a special feature with its hardwood characteristics and soft patterns same as oak, pine and ash. It's in the wood category which shows an expression of the hand carved figurine in a very natural way.
The most important speciality of chestnut wood is that its color turns to a darker and warmer tone in a long period of time compared to the original frame.
A natural and non-toxic mat finish is applied to the wood aiming to protect these characteristics.
Most of the antique furniture lasts due to these characteristics of the chestnut wood.
Safety
The distance between the slats is 2-3/6" (5,5cm) to ensure that your baby's body can not slip through.
* The mattress support can be used in three positions which are bolted with metal brackets to the corner posts.
* Slats are produced with soft edges and a smooth surface. They are also resistant to jumping and playing.
* All the surfaces are covered by long-lasting non-toxic finishes protecting the baby's health.
* The drop-side mechanism is designed to enable operation with only one hand especially when carrying the baby.
* Inside measurements adhere to the Code of Federal Regulations ( 16 CFR 1508 )
